I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Walker, Roderick, and the entire team at Trident Primary Care & Wellness Clinic. From my very first visit, Dr. Walker has truly been a Godsend. She is incredibly patient, compassionate, and never makes me feel rushed. She takes the time to answer every question I have, listens to my concerns, and makes sure I fully understand my treatment plan. It’s rare to find a physician who genuinely cares the way she does. Starting my GLP-1 weight loss journey was honestly overwhelming. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Throughout that entire process, Roderick has been nothing short of amazing. He has encouraged me, answered my questions, checked in on me, and reminded me to trust the process. His support has made a huge difference in keeping me motivated and consistent. The entire staff is welcoming, kind, and professional. Every visit feels personal, and you can tell they truly care about their patients not just their health, but their overall well-being. I had a wonderful visit to this facility . I had no long wait time , received great communication ahead of my appointment as well as during . Dr. Atchison was a pleasure and very thorough with my care . Definitely recommend 🙌🏾

Horrible service from intake to day of appt.I Had a prior appointment booked I called to cancel but no one picked up and no one returned my call back request. I rescheduled and when I arrived for the rescheduled appointment I waited in the lobby for 20 min no receptionist there at all no one came out to greet but I can hear one of the physicians talking in the back office. Remind you there’s a loud alarm that alerts when someone comes in so they heard it. 20 min of waiting all 3 receptionist walk in from their lunch break and began assisting. No communication was made that they’re on break between certain hours. Then they told me to pay $75 for a cancellation I explained the situation with them not answering when I called in to cancel and not returning the call. The owner told the receptionist that I should’ve cancelled on zocdoc if I couldn’t get in touch with them and that I still had to pay the $75. Also I got several emails about an intake questionnaire and that I would get a link to complete it on the portal. Never received a link so after waiting 20 min I had to spend another 20 min filling out a form that I could’ve did prior to coming. The front office was dirty and boxes

100000/10 ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My first visit was extremely thorough; I received everything I was looking for AND MORE in one visit .Im very confident that I’ll get the proper care with the physicians that are at this facility.

This place has an amazing care team top to bottom. I’ve had an incredible experience. What made it incredible is that they made a cost conscious plan that addressed my needs. I honestly feel like I have a legitimate chance to improve my health. And I know that they had all hands on deck to make it happen. I couldn’t be happier.
